Ok, so here is something you may or may not know about me, I get REALLY fired up about something and then in a short amount of time(when my next period rolls around) I lose interest. So, I have learned to strike while the iron is hot! I bought the book Brenna has been sharing about on Thursday, read 3 chapters, went to the farmers market and joined LA Fitness Friday. I had a great day of no soda, no coffee, no sugar, no white flour and no milk. I went to the gym, did a water workout for 20 mins, sat in jacuzzi, then sauna. Shared my faith with the girl who signed me up. Told her the only way I would stand on the stupid scale in public is if she would promise to come to church, she did, I did.My goal is to lose 25 pounds by January 1st, 2014. To be stronger, pain free(I can dream) and be
able to stand up on a surf board, on an actual wave by the beginning of summer 2014. Please pray
for me, I need them.
